You may refuse to participate or withdraw from the study at any time. There will be no cost to you nor will you be compensated for participating in this research study. There is also a phone-interview section which constitutes the second part of my study. Eight (8) teachers who indicate their consent to participate in the phone-interview will be randomly chosen for a follow-up phone interview.
